Auld Lang Syne solitaire is an easy solitaire game where suits do not come into play.

Objective

The objective of Auld Lang Syne is to build the foundation piles from ace to king, disregarding suit.

Setup

Remove all aces from the deck and lay them out in a row to form the four foundation piles. Deal a row of four face up cards to form the four tableau piles. Place the remaining deck face down to form the stock.

Game Play

Only the top card of each tableau pile is available for play onto the foundation piles. Cards can not be moved from tableau pile to tableau pile. To add a card from the tableau pile to a foundation pile, it must be one rank higher than the card it is being played on. Suits do not matter in this game. When there are no more moves, deal out a card from the stock to each tableau pile.

To Win

To win Auld Lang Syne solitaire, all cards must be in the foundation piles, in order from ace to king, with each foundation pile only having 13 cards.
